Jarvis Cocker penned the lyrics to this classic album only a few years earlier and there I was on the weekly walk to the launderette on a Saturday afternoon with the soundtrack of Pulp’s ‘Different Class’, on my bright yellow Sony walkman. Made with utmost care by a fellow art student, this mixtape had various other notable choices including what was to become my favourite Pulp song, ‘O. U.’
